About Us

Jobell Café & Bistro, located on Ranch Road 12, North of Wimberley’s center, offers a carefully selected and prepared menu of sophisticated simplicity. The owners, David and Jessenia Bober have labored to create a dining experience unlike anything else locally available. From the artfully renovated, intimate main dining room and relaxing outdoor decks to the delicious rustic French-inspired Bistro fare and thoughtfully selected wine list, every aspect has been tailored to fulfill the highest expectations of those who wish to enjoy finely prepared dishes amidst the charm of Texas Hill Country.

we have been lucky to incorporate the work of notable local artists:

Our rock sculpture and water feature at the entry bridge were created by Joe Waldschmidt of Waterscape Design. Our steel deck railing and hand carved walnut door to the lower deck was created by Michael Wilson of Michael Wilson Design; Michael also fabricated the truss support steel in the main dining room.

Jobell Café & Bistro is located on Ranch Road 12 just a few miles North of downtown Wimberley. When driving North from Wimberley you’ll pass Skyline Drive, Mountain Crest Estates and Sebring Clinic, we’ll be next on the right hand side of a small dip in the road. If you are coming from Dripping Springs you’ll pass Cragg’s Lumber on the right and LockTite self storage, we are the very next left. The building is set back a bit so look for our lovely stone sign!
